Continuum of Care

The goal of aging in place has been the driving force in providing a full continuum of care. Security, safety and a full range of services allow resident’s needs to be met on a continuing basis.  The retirement apartments were built on the concept of medically based independent and assisted living, so that the resident can remain in their own gracious apartment with personal belongings.  If the need should arise for Residential Health Care, Skilled Medicare, Rehabilitation, Hospice or Memory Care, it is immediately available in the same caring, comfortable and safe environment.

Sub Acute care is a relatively new and rapidly growing medical specialty in America. It focuses upon patient care right after an illness or post hospital stay.  Our goal is to provide superior clinical care for residents so that they are able to attain maximum benefit from their rehabilitation therapies.  Our focus is physical, mental, and emotional health to prepare for a smooth transition home.

The new Sub Acute offers the following:

• Private Rooms and Semi-Private Suites
• Rooms are furnished with leather recliners, comforters, Afghans, and HDTVs
• Private Spacious dining room
• 24x7 Beverage/Nutrition Bar
• State of the Art Therapy Room
• PT, OT and Speech Therapy

In addition the following Clinic and Home Health services are provided onsite for all McCrite residents:

• Doctor and Dentist Appointments
• Podiatry
• Medical Supply and Equipment
• Lab Tests
• Speech Therapy
• Occupational Therapy
• Physical Therapy
• Professional Mental Health Services
